A Little History About Chico StateOn March 12, 1887, a legislative act was enacted to create the Northern Branch State Normal School of California. Less than a month later, Chico was chosen as the location. On June 24, 1887, General John Bidwell donated 8 acres (32,000 m²) of land from his cherry orchard. Then on July 4, 1888, the first cornerstone was laid. On September 3, 1889, doors opened for the 90 enrolled students. The library opened on January 11, 1890 with 350 books. On June 20, 1891 the first graduation took place, a class of 15.

If you have any questions please refer to the before posting. If they aren't answered there, feel free to post. ITSS peon here! Here are a few things to try:-Clear cache & cookies! I know it's often one of the first things we recommend, but it does solve a lot of problems.-Reboot! Classical, but again, solves more than you'd think. If neither of those works, then:-Try different devices.

Does it happen when you use a different computer? What about when you use your browser on your phone? What we wanna know is if this is:a) tied to your COMPUTER, orb) tied to your ACCOUNT.-If it happens across all devices there may be an issue with your account. Do you work on campus/have an Exchange account/email? Did you recently get hired on campus, or get a name change? Sometimes funny things can happen when you cross the two accounts used on campus by staff and students. If none of these are true, it may be an issue on our end.

If it happens on all devices I wouls strongly recommend calling ITSS Monday morning (weekend calls can't do much for accounts right now). You can also submit a ticket by going to support(.)csuchico(.)edu without parenthesis of course, but you will most likely not get a fast response this week because of the Eduroam update. I highly recommend either coming into the office or calling when we open at 7:30am. With registration coming up, I wouldn't sit on this too long.I hope this helped and maybe answered some questions.:)Also shameless plug but make sure to run the Eduroam mobile update ASAP as mobile devices (phones, tablets) without it will not be able to get on the network next week!! Find more info and help at the ITSS page.Edit: I just saw your comment below that this IS happening on multiple devices. In this case I'd call our office or submit a ticket at your earliest convenience!.
