'Chests' refer to all objects capable of holding items in Diablo II. Barrels, chests, crates, lootable corpses, hidden stashes, etc. These types of objects have different odds to drop items, and different qualities of items. There should be a total of 4 CDs in the Diablo 2 battle chest in 2 cases. 3 CDs for the oringal D2 and 1 more for the expansion. The cases are same as if you brought the oringal and expansion.

I did 1500 River of Flame super chest runs and opened 3000 super chests. I did this in single player (players 8) with my level 95 hardcore sorceress that I started in May 2016.I wanted to do this to let people know that Lower Kurast isn't the only good location for super chests.

Lower Kurast can only drop up to a Ber rune. From River of Flame super chests it's possible to get up to a Cham rune. I got lucky and it took me three attempts to get the super chests close to the waypoint.On average one run takes me about 10 to 30 seconds. It depends if there are enemies blocking the chests or not.

It took me around 10 hours to do 1500 runs. In total I got 188 runes. My highest runes ended up being Vex and Sur. The only problem is that LK can only drop up to a Ber rune which is a problem if you're looking for Jah or Cham.Is it more efficient to farm multiple Ber runes from LK and cube them or is it faster to farm Jah/Cham from River of Flame? I'm not sure.would adding it to the start off your chaos runs be more effective than just doing RoF runs?I think it would be, yes. I would definitely get a map with super chests close to the waypoint if you're going to run CS in single player.

Just pop them in the beginning of the run and then clean CS.Another possibility is Frigid Highlands super chest. You can find all runes from there. I did a few (500?) runs myself and found a. Unfortunately it's only one chest and I couldn't get it very close to the waypoint after trying many times, but it should be possible to have it a few teleports away. They are just chests that have better chances at dropping gear.They are located in known locations or based on certain mapsSome other examples are the chest in the back of the room where you kill Meph. There is also one at the second level of the pits in Act 1 also the Crpyt and Mausoleam in act 1.

In lower Kurast (search lower kurast super chests for more info on how to get these). I am sure there are others but the point is to find them in a good map so you can quickly farm them for charms/runes. Lower Kurast has always been popular so you cna get multiple of them easily.
