Hey well the title is basically my question:P I'm using a disc that i bought on ebay for dirt cheap ($5) and i think its running fine. The PS3 version has some actual improvements, including some gorgeously remastered music - plus the camera's no longer on L2/R2, though I can't remember if that was changed in FM or 1.5.
It's also had some animation updates to characters' faces. But KHFM doesn't have a lot of changes from its original, especially compared to KH2FM+ - you'd be missing out on a few Keyblades, a couple unvoiced cutscenes (only one really adds anything to the plot IIRC), new Heartless, and some increased-in-annoyance synthesis recipes. It's worth noting that, like the comments mention, that patch is broken - the Kairi waterway cutscene will teleport you to the last cutscene area, which you can't leave. (To fix that, force skip the cutscene and forgo Oathkeeper or disable the patch for that scene.). Hmm, im thinking i'll rip my original copy of KH1 then and just play that. I do wish i could play the KH 1.5 remaster but i dont have it, so id have to buy it and, even if i could find it for a good price, its 720p:/ I'm not a graphics snob, really. Like im fine with low framerates or stuff, but i cannot deal with low resolutions in this day and age. 720p is awful for me:/I think i'll play the game fully through, then go on youtube and look at the cutscenes and stuff before i play KH2:FM.
Thanks for the help!.
